Luxury wedding buffet stations with gold serveware

Our story

A decade of feeding Punjab's biggest days.

The Spice House Catering began as a two-chef home kitchen in Model Town. Ten years on, we cater weddings, boardrooms and terrace dinners across Jalandhar — with the same insistence that the food arrives hot, beautiful and exactly on time.

The house

Food is the memory people keep.

Ask anyone about a wedding they attended five years ago and they will describe one dish. Not the décor, not the seating — a dish. That is the responsibility we took on when we started cooking for other families.

Every event begins with a conversation rather than a package. We ask who is coming, what they eat, what the hosts grew up eating, and how the evening should move. Then our chefs build a menu, cook it for you, and refine it until it is unmistakably yours.

On the day, our service brigade arrives hours early, sets stations to a plan drawn to your venue, and disappears into the background — the mark of catering done properly.

Mission

To make every gathering in Punjab feel considered, generous and effortless.

Vision

To be the north Indian catering brand judged by hotel standards, not local ones.

Core values

Four things we refuse to compromise.

Craft over volume

We take a limited number of events each week so every kitchen brigade stays focused.

Hospitality first

Guests should feel looked after before they realise they needed anything.

Detail obsession

Garnish, linen fold, service timing — the invisible things people remember.

Local roots

Punjabi flavour built on ingredients from growers we have known for a decade.
